Regulation or administrative measure
The Resolution (as amended by the Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of 25.03.2022 No. 175, of 10.05.2023 No. 299, of 06.02.2024 No. 92,
of 21.06.2024 No. 442, of 10.12.2024 No. 933) approves:
Regulations on the procedure for conducting certification of producers of original and elite seeds of agricultural plants;
Regulations on the procedure and conditions for including information in the State Register of Producers of Seeds of Agricultural Plants and excluding them from this register;
Regulations on the procedures for conducting state testing of varieties of agricultural plants, including and excluding them from the State Register of Varieties of Agricultural Plants, as well as on the procedure for maintaining this register.

Regulations on the procedure for conducting certification of producers of original and elite seeds of agricultural plants;
Regulations on the procedure and conditions for including information in the State Register of Producers of Seeds of Agricultural Plants and excluding them from this register;
Regulations on the procedures for conducting state testing of varieties of agricultural plants, including and excluding them from the State Register of Varieties of Agricultural Plants, as well as on the procedure for maintaining this register.
